Welcome to Just Clean It. By booking or using our carpet and upholstery cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Just Clean It provides professional cleaning services including, but not limited to:

Carpet cleaning
Upholstery cleaning
Rug and mat cleaning
Car interior cleaning
Stain removal and odour treatment

Services are available in Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, Papamoa, and the Bay of Plenty region.

2. Bookings and Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or email.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due on the day of service via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed method.
Additional charges may apply for extra services, heavy staining, or difficult access.

4. Access and Safety

Clients must ensure safe and clear access to the property.
If pets are present, please secure them during the service.
We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment poses a risk to our staff.

5. Results and Liability

While we strive for excellent results, complete stain removal is not guaranteed.
Just Clean It is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to carpets or upholstery
- Colour fading due to age or chemical exposure
- Shrinkage or fibre changes due to manufacturer defects or materials

6. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for disclosing:
- The type of material to be cleaned
- Any past cleaning or chemical treatments
Furniture should be moved prior to our arrival unless otherwise agreed.

7. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, illness, or events outside of our control. We will contact you as soon as possible if we need to reschedule.

9. Changes to These Terms

Just Clean It reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
