About Us
Hi! We’re Fran and Ani, the husband-and-wife team behind Just Clean It. We're not a big franchise – we’re a local family business based right here in Arataki, Mount Maunganui, and we truly care about the homes and people we serve across the Bay of Plenty.
Our Story
Originally from Argentina, we moved to New Zealand over 10 years ago, chasing a simpler life closer to nature, and we’ve proudly called Aotearoa our home ever since. We’ve built our life here from the ground up, and like many Kiwi families, we know the importance of a clean, safe, and healthy home – not just for comfort, but for wellbeing.

Our journey into the world of carpet and upholstery cleaning started from something deeply personal: our daughter was diagnosed with eczema, and we quickly realised just how important it is to maintain a dust-free, fresh, and chemical-safe environment at home. We wanted the same peace of mind for other families, too – and that’s when Just Clean It was born.
We’re also proud parents to Penny, our quirky, loving rescue dog. She’s not just a pet – she’s part of the team (and, like many dogs, a tough critic of clean carpets).
